HOW IT STARTED
Frenchie Toquee was created beginning of 2020. Self-taught, passionate and ambitious, I decided to take the leap and jump into the entrepreneur world fully. After starting my career in France and Australia in the marketing field, I landed in Hong-Kong and felt like this is the perfect place to start my dream adventure: a French Patisserie. I mastered the recipes, pass my French pastry certificate and here we go for the big launch.
Frenchie Toquee started in a shared licensed kitchen incubator where we got to meet other awesome chefs, our customers and build our strong reliable reputation.

We are now proudly cater to many businesses, coffee shops and individuals and got featured in multiple online newspapers. The adventure Frenchie Toquee is growing stronger every day with a lot of happy and returning customers, and always more exciting projects.
Our licensed kitchen is now located in Wong Chuk Hang, online 2 MTR stops from Admiralty!
The team is growing from amazing help in the kitchen to careful delivery drivers to spread our treats through Hong-Kong.
If we can make families, friends or colleagues happy from the first bite, then mission accomplished!
