How do I join?Β Sign up for our Rewards by clicking on the βFrenchie ToqueeΒ Rewardsβ pop-up and then βJoin Nowβ.
How can I earn points?Β You will earn 5 points for every HKD$1 (excludes delivery) spent through Frenchie Toquee's website. You must be logged in your account at checkout to receive your points.
How can I spend points?Β Points are redeemed at checkout towards your orders (excluding delivery). You can redeem a $25 voucher for every 2500 points received.
How can I see how many points I have?Β Click on the βFrenchie Toquee Rewardsβ pop-up, login to your account and your points will show on the pop-up. You can also view by clicking on My Account > Points.
When will my points expire?Β Points will not expire.
Points cannot be redeemed for cash.
