How do I join? Sign up for our Rewards by clicking on the “Frenchie Toquee Rewards” pop-up and then “Join Now”.
How can I earn points? You will earn 5 points for every HKD$1 (excludes delivery) spent through Frenchie Toquee's website. You must be logged in your account at checkout to receive your points.
How can I spend points? Points are redeemed at checkout towards your orders (excluding delivery). You can redeem a $25 voucher for every 2500 points received.
How can I see how many points I have? Click on the “Frenchie Toquee Rewards” pop-up, login to your account and your points will show on the pop-up. You can also view by clicking on My Account > Points.
When will my points expire? Points will not expire.
Points cannot be redeemed for cash.
Our delivery service
We deliver everyday, from 11 am to 4pm. We deliver to HK Island, Kowloon and NT. Please note we do not offer delivery to Lamma and Lantau. We also offer same day delivery if we have availability. Please WhatsApp us for same day delivery and for delivery in general.
