About Us

HOW IT STARTED

    

Frenchie Toquee was created beginning of 2020. Self-taught, passionate and ambitious, I, Pauline, decided to take the leap and jump into the entrepreneur world fully. After starting my career in France and Australia in the marketing field, I landed in Hong-Kong and felt like this is the perfect place to start my dream adventure: a French Patisserie. I mastered the recipes, pass my French pastry certificate and here we go for the big launch.

Frenchie Toquee started in a shared kitchen incubator where we got to meet other awesome chefs, our customers and build our strong reliable reputation.

Fast forward 4 years, we are now proud to cater to many businesses, coffee shops, restaurants and individuals.

We've been featured in multiple online newspapers and are growing stronger every day with many happy and returning customers.

From our amazing kitchen team to our dedicated delivery drivers spreading treats throughout Hong Kong, we’re committed to making families, friends, and colleagues happy with every bite.
