Number Cakes
This is the best birthday cake in Hong Kong: our number cakes.
Our number cakes are made with a flaky pie crust and topped with a delicate and light vanilla or chocolate cream. It has two layers.
Our usual toppings are red berries (strawberries, raspberries, blackberries and blueberries), chocolates and macarons.

Size XS (small) : 1 letter / number | 2-3 servings
Dimensions: Approximately 15 cm (H) x 10 cm (W) per letter/number
Note: Perfect for single digits or small treats
Size S (double XS) : 2 letters / numbers | 5-6 servings
Dimensions: Two XS-sized cakes (15 cm H x 10 cm W each)
Note: Ideal for double digits with a small serving size
Size L : 1 letter / number | 6-8 servings
Dimensions: 26cm H x 15 cm W each)
Note: Perfect for larger, single digit cakes
Size XL : 2 letters / numbers | 12-16 servings
Dimensions: Two L-sized cake (26cm H x 15 cm W each)
Note: Perfect for larger, double digit cakes
