Placing an order
How do I place an order?
Visit our online shop to place your order.
How many days in advance should I place an order?
You can place your order the day before, 9PM cut-off. But of course the earlier the better so we can plan ahead.
Pick up points
Where can I pick up my order?
Choose from two convenient pick up locations for your orders.
1. Aberdeen production kitchen everyday from 11am to 3pm.
Address: Unit 3, 6th floor, Fullagar Industrial Building, 234 Aberdeen Main road
2. Caine road residential pick-up point from 2pm to 8pm Monday to Friday and 12pm during the weekends. Please note Caine road location is just a pick-up point.
Caineway Mansion, 128-132 Caine road. Please message when you are downstairs.
Delivery option
Do you deliver?
We deliver everyday from 8am for pastries and from 11am for cakes.
As our desserts are fragile (being cakes), we have a team of drivers carefully delivering your order fresh every day.
No delivery service for outlying islands (including Discovery Bay and Ma Wan), the airport, and restricted areas of Hong Kong.
We are doing our best to match your chosen delivery time slot and will share your delivery information with our delivery partner. When the driver arrives at the delivery address, he/she will contact the recipient’s number to pass the delivery at your door. Please note, an additional delivery charge will apply if second delivery is required due to incomplete/incorrect recipient information or absence of recipient at the designated date, time and address.
What if there is a weather warning?
In the cases of Typhoon Signal No. 8 and above, Black Rainstorm Warning, or other adverse weather conditions, Frenchie Toquee will be closed. Delivery service, store pick-up would have to be rescheduled. We will do our best to accommodate your needs.
My order
Should I refrigerate my order?
We suggest keeping our cakes and macarons in the fridge, it can at most be placed in room temperature for 2 hours and should be consumed within 24 hours after received.
For cookies, pastries, muffins and beignets, we suggest keeping them at room temperature, no fridge.
Do you have gluten free cakes?
Yes. Some of our desserts can be make gluten free and some are naturally without gluten like macarons.

Where is my order baked?
All of our cakes are made fresh in our production kitchen location in Aberdeen.
Can I cancel my order?
We do not accept cancellations however we can move your delivery to another day of your choice (subject to availability).
