A Paris-Brest is a classic of French patisserie. Made with a pate a choux (choux pastry) and a delicious light praline cream. Surprise surprise with a lava praline inside. Please note this cake is best consumed the same day we prepare it.

Free delivery on orders > $800 on HK Island
$60 fee for orders < $800 on HK island
$75 fee for Kowloon
$170 fee for NT
If you have a driver, please send your driver to pick up your order.
Pick-ups:
We offer free pick-ups everyday at our kitchen in Aberdeen (Unit 3, 6/F, Fullagar Industrial Building, Aberdeen) and in Caine road from 4PM.
Day Time: Aberdeen from 11:30AM to 3PM (2PM on Sundays)
From 4M: Caine road, Mid-Levels in the evening (135 Caine road). Please send us a WhatsApp when you arrive.
Tasting suggestions
All cakes should be consumed within 24 hours. Number cakes should be served the same day or pickup / delivery.
Madeleines, cookies and others pound cakes must be stored at room temperature for up to 4 days.
